个人简历

自2005年9月至2009年6月,该教育经历始于曲阜师范大学,在化学与化工学院完成了化学专业的学习,并顺利获得理学学士学位。随后,于2009年9月进入中国科学技术大学深造,在化学与材料科学学院攻读无机化学专业,经过系统的科研训练与学习,于2014年6月毕业并获得理学博士学位。自2014年9月起,其职业生涯在山东师范大学展开,目前任职于化学化工与材料科学学院,持续从事相关的教学与科研工作。

研究方向

在能源电催化领域,研究工作主要聚焦于以下几个核心方向:一是以功能为导向,对电催化剂进行系统性设计,并实现其精准的可控制备;在此基础上,进一步开展性能的深度优化,深入探究其内在的催化反应机理,并系统阐明催化剂的结构与性能之间的内在关联,即构效关系。二是致力于探索新颖的电化学反应路径,并积极发展和应用先进的表征技术,特别是能够在反应过程中对催化剂进行实时观测的原位表征技术,以揭示电催化过程的动态本质与微观机制。这些研究对于推动###BOOKTITLE_1###和###BOOKTITLE_2###等著作中探讨的能源转换技术的进步具有重要意义。

研究成果

山东省优青获得者。2009年本科毕业于曲阜师范大学化学专业;2014年于中国科学技术大学获无机化学博士学位(导师: 谢毅院士);同年入职山师化学院,2021年12月破格晋升教授。主要从事无机合成化学和电催化方面的研究工作,先后主持多项国家级和省部级科研项目,研究成果已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.等国内外知名期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,其中ESI高被引论文14篇,论文总引用11000余次(H-index=38)。此外,担任Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、ACS Nano、ACS Catal.、Nano Energy、Chem. Eng. J.、J. Mater. Chem. A、Chem.
